Q | WHY CAN'T I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION OR PLACED AN ORDER BEFORE?

Most likely, you do not have an account. To respect customer privacy and limit emails, we do not require account creation at checkout. To create an account, please CLICK HERE to register. Please use the same email address as your previous orders to see historical information in your account.

Q | WHEN WILL I BE BILLED? WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?

All subscriptions automatically renew on the 25th of each month and ship the following month between by the 15th. For example, after receiving your first box around February 18th, your subscription will renew on February 25th, and your next box will ship March 15th.

Q | WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Monthly subscriptions are available in
  • A5 (6-Ring Punched)
  • Personal (6-Ring Punched)
  • Pocket (6-Ring Punched)
  • Pocket (5-Disc Punched)
  • HP Mini (7-Disc Punched)
  • Half Letter (8-Disc Punched)
  • HP Classic (9-Disc Punched), and
  • Surprise (one of the above, at random).

Q | CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Yes, every subscription comes with a free shipping code for our shop. This code arrives by email after you create your subscription and upon renewal each month. When using this code, there will be no additional shipping fees, and your add ons will ship with your box between by the15th of each month. We are unable to combine discount codes.
