Comes with one core lead. Refill through the hole at the end, one at a time, up to a total of two. If the core becomes clogged, turn the pen tip to remove the shaft.

This is a very unique mechanical pencil. The look is very clean, and the feeling is decent for gripping when drawing and writing. This pencil is great for light use, like writing and sketching a quick doodle or a concept of some kind.
